Whistleblowers: If you have chosen to disclose your identity when making your report, we process general personal data about you in the form of your name, your e-mail address and your telephone number.
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to carry out a closer investigation of the matter to which the report relates, conduct subsequent case processing of the report and ensure documentation of the course of events in connection with the report.
The legal basis for the processing of ordinary personal data in relation to whistleblower reports is the general data protection regulation's article 6, subsection 1, letter c (legal obligation), cf. act on the protection of whistleblowers § 9. If another person has made a report that mentions you, we will process the information provided in the report.

We delete your personal data when the processing of these is deemed not to be necessary in order to fulfill our obligations in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers and other relevant special legislation that has a bearing on the individual report. We thus delete your personal data when we no longer have a legitimate purpose for storing it.
We will store your personal data on the case as long as the case processing of the relevant report is ongoing, just as we will store the information as long as we are obliged to ensure documentation for the case's processing and outcome.
